The name on the front of the green jerseys remains the same, but the players filling them out are a stark contrast from merely one year ago.
Last February, Ridley made a perhaps unexpected run to the state tournament on the strength of a strong senior class that came together at the right time. This time around, it doesn’t seem like the Green Raiders have lost much in terms of results, even with a bevy of fresh faces. Even the ones who were a part of that run last year are in uncharted territory, exploring larger roles and trying to help Mike Snyder’s team carve out an identity.
Game-of-the-Week –
Radnor 49, Marple Newtown 44: Nick Giordano tore it up for the Tigers as he scorched the nets for 23 points, but the Raiders connected on nine free throws in the final stanza to help them nip Marple Newtown.
