Chester falls to Lakewood at the buzzer

Chester was 15 seconds away from an impressive nonleague win. Instead, it got its fifth loss of the season.

Despite 21 points from Mahir Johnson, a lay-up with 15 seconds left earned Lakewood (N.J.) a 56-55 win over the Clippers at the Prime Time Shootout hosted by Roselle Catholic Saturday.

Conrad Chambers added 11 points to go with four assists, and Keyonte Watkins provided all nine of his points from the free throw line, where the Clippers (16-5) went 18-for-19.
