 The message at halftime Tuesday from Academy Park boys basketball coach Allen Bridges to his team was to get up.

Get up on the boards, up on their perimeter defense in the 2-3 zone they’d utilized, up in terms of aggressiveness in the full-court press that gave Glen Mills fits. Do those things, and chances were good that the Knights would get up on the scoreboard.

The Knights responded just as Bridges wanted, leading Academy Park to a 61-55 win in Del Val League action.
