In a playback for ninth place, host Oxford tied the game with a few seconds left in regulation to force a fifth period and earned a 70-55 win over Haverford, which had 12 players score.
The Fords were outscored, 18-3, in the extra session.
The good news is, Haverford is still going to the state tournament.
“Having 12 kids score was a pretty neat night for Haverford basketball,” Haverford coach Keith Heinerichs said. “We’ll see who we play next and get back to work next week.”
Jimmy Roe (nine points) and Chris Lyons (eight) were the top scorers for Haverford.
