Episcopal Academy turned up the defensive pressure in the second half to rally for a 42-35 nonleague victory over Springfield.
The Churchwomen held the Cougars to just two points in the third quarter. Amanda Purcell saved eight of her 12 points for the second half. She had six of EA’s eight points in the third quarter. Gaeli Keffer-Scharpf tallied seven of her 12 points in the fourth quarter. Riley Cassidy pitched in with 10 points.
Anabel Kreydt paced the Cougars with 10 points. Mia Valerio added nine.

COATESVILLE 55, ACADEMY PARK 26 » The Red Raiders held the Knights to single digits in each quarter. Libby Taggart and Aidan Langley led the offense with 11 points each. Emani Banks topped Academy Park with 10 points. Akirah Hill chipped in with eight.

RADNOR 35, HAVERFORD 32 >> Paige Yurchak and Ellie Davis tallied eight points each as the Raptors survived in overtime. Mary Sareen and Ava Gummel contributed seven points apiece for Radnor.
McKenna Walsh of Haverford led all scorers with 10 points. Caroline Dotsey added seven points.
