Peyton Berger’s 14-point effort led a balanced offensive attack for Ridley in Thursday’s 53-41 Central League victory over Upper Darby.
Kyla Carney added 10 points and Macie Clarke and Abbi Hinchey each tossed in nine for the Green Raiders, who led 41-14 at halftime. Berger had eight points in the opening quarter.
Sage Walters scored 12 points while Mia Wilson and Cameron Ross each tallied eight for the Royals.
Penncrest 44, Marple Newtown 18 >> Bailey Garrison scored 14 points – seven in each half – to pace the Lions, who outscored the Tigers, 34-8, after the first quarter. Kat Harding and Alex Bruce added seven points apiece.
Brooke Impriano had eight points for Marple.
Haverford 60, Lower Merion 24 >> The Fords put the game out of reach with a 27-7 run in the second quarter. Caroline Dotsey (11 rebounds) scored eight of her game-high 18 points in the stanza.
