Sweeney scored 21 points to lead Garnet Valley to a 45-39 win over Ridley Thursday night. Aaron Parenti chipped in eight points for the Jags (7-9, 3-8 Central).
Brett Foster led all scorers with 23 points for Ridley, including 17 in the fourth quarter. The Green Raiders as a team entered the fourth quarter with just 17 points.
