Time to close the books on another great season. This was a long time coming, but I managed to finish it. If you didn’t know why final ratings were not done before, there is a brief note at the top of the District 3 ratings and I’ll send a link to that here. Hope it works. It should be noted that the top 20 is top heavy with Philadelphia teams which should be no surprise to anyone and that’s why I went to a top 40 to include more teams who had fine seasons. Plus when they were done this late I had no pressure to finish on a decent time and I have all the schedules with all the scores, so it was not that hard to finish. Here is the District 3 final link.
