Logan McKee endured a frustrating afternoon Tuesday in Garnet Valley’s win over Upper Darby. Friday night, McKee rebounded for a career night.
McKee erupted for 31 points as Garnet Valley edged Haverford, 62-54. He hit six 3-pointers, five in a 19-point first half.
He had scored just six points on 2-for-9 shooting Tuesday, without hitting a basket in the first half.
Jake Sniras added three 3-pointers and 15 points for the Jags (6-1, 4-1 Central). Jack Kratuzel chipped in eight points, including six in the third quarter.
Googie Seidman led Haverford with 17 points. Brian Weiner scored 14, and Tommy Wright added 12 for the Fords (5-2, 3- 2).

Radnor 65, Strath Haven 33 » Jackson Hicke scored 10 of his game-high 19 points in the first half as the Raptors (6-0, 5-0) ran out to a 24-point edge at the break. Cooper Mueller added 13 points, and Charlie Thornton supplied 10 for Radnor. Jaden Jauregui led Strath Haven with nine points.

Sun Valley 54, Kennett 41 » Chris Kwaidah scored 16 points and the Vanguards (3-2, 2-1) turned up the defense to tally their second straight win. Noah Griffin added 14 points.
In nonleague action:
Cardinal O’Hara 83, Bethel 41 » Josh Coulanges scored 20 points to lead four Lions in double-figures in pulling away from the team from Virginia at the Ball Drop Classic. Izaiah Pasha added 17 points. Pearse McGuinn chipped in 16 points, and Aasim Burton added 12 for O’Hara.
A night earlier, O’Hara had claimed a 71-58 win over Sankofa Freedom Academy. Coulanges led the way again with 18 points, and McGuinn added 17. Pasha scored 15 points.
Chester Charter Scholars Academy 60, Phil-Mont Christian 43 » Kevin Miller scored 16 points as the Sabers moved to 6-0 on the season. Jayden Williams scored 13 points to go with seven rebounds, four assists and four steals. Zach Howard led the way on the glass with 11 rebounds.
Reading 71, Chester 57 » Terrence Cobb scored 24 points, but the Clippers (3-3) fell late Wednesday night in Reading. Kyree Womack chipped in 13 points, and Dominic Toy paired his two points with 10 rebounds.
Chichester 74, Conwell-Egan 57 » Maz Sayed scored nine of his game-high 22 points in the fourth quarter late Wednesday, and Chi held Conwell-Egan without a field goal in the final eight minutes to win the battle of Eagles. Sayed added 12 rebounds and five assists. Carlton Gordy hit three 3-pointers in a 28-point second quarter for the Eagles, finishing with 16 points on the game. Vince Wildrick added 15 points, and Akhir Keys tallied 11 points. Chi (4-2) outscored Conwell-Egan, 22-5, in the final quarter to break open a game that had been tied after three.
