Jack Moyer had one field goal for Delco Christian Friday night, but it came at the perfect time.

Moyer’s 3-pointer in overtime gave DC a five-point lead and propelled the fourth-seeded Knights to a 59-50 victory over fifth-seeded Faith Christian in the quarterfinal round of the District One Class A boys basketball tournament.

The victory earned Delco Christian a date with top-seeded Church Farm in the semifinals Tuesday night at Upper Dublin High School. Tip-off is 7:30. Church Farm pounded Calvary Baptist, 60-20.

Henry Miller poured in a game-high 32 points to lead Delco Christian. He had eight field goals and was 12-for-16 from the free throw line. He also pulled down 10 rebounds. Danny Browne backed Miller with 11 points, while D.L. Browne added five points and played strong defense.

Faith Christian rallied from a 40-33 deficit to send the game into overtime, but the extra session was all DC. The Knights outscored the Lions, 12-3.
