The championship celebrations got under way quickly for Glen Mills Friday.
Anthony Johnson and company made quick work of Chichester, 82-69, as the Battlin’ Bulls sealed a share of the Del Val League title.
Johnson led the way with 15 points, 11 rebounds and six blocks as the Bulls (16-6, 8-2) led by 22 points after three quarters. Khyzeem Brown added 14 points, Nazher Sabree came off the bench to provide 18 and Imhotep Davis chipped in 10 for Glen Mills, who did the hard work Thursday night by beating Chester. Both Glen Mills and Penn Wood finish 8-2 in the league to split the title.
Eric Baiocco drained five 3s to finish with 15 points, and Shah Ahmed added 11 for Chichester.
